PRACTICE AREAS

Aaron’s primary practice are is commercial litigation, and includes general contract disputes, health care litigation, oil and gas litigation, and corporate officer and director liability. Aaron’s practice also includes trust and probate litigation.

EXPERIENCE

Since joining the firm, Aaron has second-chaired two cases in which million plus dollar verdicts were rendered in favor of firm clients. He has represented various domestic and international entities in contract and anti-trust litigation, and also represents shareholders, directors, in fraud and breach of fiduciary cases. He also has substantial experience, as does the entire firm, with obtaining extraordinary relief, including temporary restraining orders, injunctions, and other pre and post-judgment remedies. Aaron has significant practical experience various industries, including oil and gas and construction, that facilitate an efficient, aggressive resolution of a variety of complex litigation.

EDUCATION

Aaron received his B.A. from Austin College in 2002 and his J.D. From the University ff Houston Law Center in 2009, where he was a senior articles editor on the Houston Journal of International Law.
