EXPERIENCE

Charles has significant experience representing product manufacturers and distributors, oil and natural gas development companies and investors, commercial real estate developers and owners, construction contractors and subcontractors, financial institutions, insurance carriers, excess carriers and re-insurers, as well as individuals involved in commercial disputes.

Charles divides his time representing clients in commercial and product liability actions. Charles represents the Angler Boat Corporation in product liability and commercial disputes, Motor Coach, Inc. in product liability actions, various developers, producers, investors and interest holders in oil and natural gas litigation and numerous businesses and individuals involved in construction and real estate disputes. Charles has served as counsel for the Archer Daniels Midland Company, Mazda Motors Corporation, Mitsubishi Motors Corporation, the Wilbur Ellis Company, Dow AgroSciences and the Sisters of Mercy Health System.

EDUCATION

Charles received his B.A. from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence at St. Mary’s University’s School of Law in San Antonio, Texas. While in law school, Charles was the recipient of the State Mock Trial Best Speaker Award, won the St. Mary’s University State Mock Trial Competition and the St. Mary’s University Novice Mock Trial Competition.
