We are familiar with the unique challenges presented by Arbitrations and the specific rules and guidelines applicable to Arbitration proceedings depending upon the governing law and contracts, if any, involved in the cases at issue. 

We are skilled at enforcing arbitration agreements where advantageous and appropriate for our clients’ distinctive circumstances as well as advocating for an appropriate State or Federal Court where arbitration is not in the best interests of our clients and should not be required. We follow recent legislative proposals and legal precedent dealing with the enforceability of arbitration provisions in varying circumstances to insure our clients the most up to date guidance on these issues.   
 
With the recent addition of Judge Kenneth P. Wise, formerly of the 152nd District Court, to our firm, we have gained another valuable asset both in representing our clients in Arbitration proceedings as well as conducting Arbitrations and acting as a private Judge.  Judge Wise's years on the bench combined with his years practicing law prior to being elected to serve Harris County as a State District Judge make him invaluable to advocates seeking an informed and fair authority to hear their claims as well as to our clients seeking learned and skilled representation in Arbitration proceedings or in State or Federal Court.
