While Fridge, Resendez & Wise is traditionally and chiefly a trial firm, as a service to our clients we do offer our services for transactional work.

Specifically, we provide counsel on corporate and partnership formations and handle all aspects of forming these business entities. We also review contracts and advise our clients on weaknesses and risk areas in specific contracts and business endeavors as well as overall litigation avoidance.

We assist our corporate clients with risk management regarding employment issues in general and the FLSA in particular. We assist with creating agreements that will not lead to litigation and we aid our clients with amending contracts or agreements that have previously failed them and led to conflict or litigation. If our clients do face demands, lawsuits or any other issues in regards to their entities or related contracts, we advise them and provide them with our full-service litigation services.
